Site Information To the fullest extent permitted at law, Grumpyvulture.co.uk is providing this site and its contents on an "as is" basis and makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to this site or its contents. trendywoman.co.uk disclaims all such representations and warranties, including for example warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, trendywoman.co.uk does not represent or warrant that the information accessible via this site is accurate, complete or current.
Processing of orders We aim to ship all items within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will keep you updated by E-mail as to the status of your order (unless you ask us not to). Credit cards are debited before items are shipped by Grumpyvulture.co.uk Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in the cost of goods shipped to countries within the European Union. The current rate is 17.5%. Shipments outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to local import charges and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Our standard Returns Policy applies to all purchases from Grumpyvulture.co.uk
Limitation of Liability This liabilty section applies only to the extent permitted by law. Except as set out below, neither Grumpyvulture.co.uk nor any of its directors or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site.
Grumpyvulture.co.uk does not limit its liability for death or personal injury to the extent only that it arises as a result of negligence of Grumpyvulture.co.uk, its directors or other representatives.
Grumpyvulture.co.uk does not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.
Returns Policy In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, Grumpyvulture.co.uk shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify Grumpyvulture.co.uk of the problem in writing to orders@grumpyvulture.co.uk within 7 days of delivery of the goods. (please state your Order No.)
Please note that due to the handmade nature of the product we cannot accept returned goods because of size reasons that have been removed from the delivery packaging. We make every effort to ensure that any sizing information you may require is available before you buy. We check all of our prints and clothes before we send them out, but in the rare occasion there is a problem with the print or clothing quality we will obviously offer a full refund or exchange.
Grumpyvulture.co.uk does not accept liabilty for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of or damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use the Grumpyvulture.co.uk website or for any products purchased from the Grumpyvulture.co.uk website. Grumpyvulture.co.uk will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product purchased in respect of any claim.
